From the union of two paths, a shared purpose

An encounter that transforms into practice, study, and a way of life.
Marina e Cesar
Yoga & Sal was born from the encounter between two trajectories dedicated to the study and practice of yoga. After years of individual experience as practitioners and instructors, Marina Bianconi and Cezar Matiazzi joined their paths in Itacaré, transforming affinity into a life and work project. This encounter gave rise to a space of continuity: of practices, studies, and the way they chose to live.A place where yoga is not limited to the moment of the class, but extends to daily life, relationships, and the way of inhabiting the world. The choice of Itacaré was not accidental. The presence of the sea and the rhythm of nature around them became an active part of this construction. The “Salt” in the name translates this relationship: an element that purifies, energizes, and intensifies—just like the practice when integrated into life. With over a decade of accumulated experience in study, practice, and teaching, Yoga & Sal has established itself as a space for sharing, research, and ongoing support. An approach where different paths converge with the same goal: developing presence, autonomy, and clarity in the relationship with oneself and the world.Today, Yoga & Sal is a meeting place for those seeking health, balance, and a community based on respect for individual processes.

Marina Bianconi

Practicing since 2014 and a certified instructor since 2018, Marina builds her practice on attentive listening and a keen perception of each student’s needs, finding in the practice a way to inhabit the body with more awareness and gentleness.

Her training includes Hatha Yoga, Restorative Yoga, and Hatha Vinyasa, in addition to specializations in Yoga for pregnant women, Vinyasa Flow, and Ashtanga Yoga.

With an academic background in Marine Biology, she finds in nature and yoga a continuous field of study about life in motion.

Marina believes that Yoga is a path of return to one’s own essence, allowing the mind to quiet down so that the soul can express itself with more clarity and compassion.

Her guidance integrates technique and sensitivity, creating an environment where the student feels safe to perceive limits, explore possibilities, and develop physical and mental awareness gradually.

His practice values presence in each transition, refinement of attention, and the building of autonomy.

A mentorship that respects each person’s pace and fosters a more stable and conscious relationship with their own experience.

Cezar Matiazzi

Cezar Matiazzi

Practitioner since 2010 and certified instructor since 2018, Cezar builds his practice from a structured and attentive approach, guided by an understanding of the body in motion and the relationship between strength, stability, and breath.

His training is based on Hatha Yoga, with in-depth studies in different approaches to the practice, in addition to a trajectory that brings together experiences in the sports world since childhood.

With a background in gastronomy and studies in Social Sciences, he integrates different fields of knowledge into his teaching method and finds in yoga a field of investigation that articulates body and behavior, expanding his way of understanding and conducting the practice.

Cezar believes in yoga as a tool for physical and mental development, capable of generating and sustaining clarity, consistency, and real changes in the way of dealing with challenges on and off the mat.

Her approach emphasizes alignment, breath, and the development of a strong body base, creating a stable and accessible practice environment.

Her practice is an invitation to conscious strength, valuing continuity and the gradual development of endurance and autonomy.

A mentorship that encourages consistency and fosters an integrated relationship between body, presence, and experience.

Our Philosophy: the state of being present

Yoga as a field of continuous investigation applied to everyday life.
Aula Yoga e Sal

At Yoga & Sal, we understand yoga as a state of presence applied to real life.

It’s not about a pause or rest from routine, but a space where we develop tools to deal with it with more clarity and awareness.

A courageous dive into reality.

The practice functions as a field of observation: movement, breath, and attention organize the experience and make visible patterns that normally go unnoticed.

What is learned on the mat doesn’t stay there—it extends to relationships, decisions, and ways of acting in daily life.

We work from intelligent progression (Vinyasa Krama), respecting the time of each body and the gradual evolution of each practitioner.

We don’t seek perfect posture or high performance, but consistency, awareness, and conscious physical discipline that develop through continuous practice and attention to the process.

Breath plays a central role in this construction.

It is through breath that we regulate effort, sustain movement, and develop continuity.

It connects action and perception, creating a stable foundation for physical and mental development.

In our approach, yoga is not reserved for a specific body type or experience.

It is a tool that, when well-guided, can be applied by anyone willing to observe, practice, and build this relationship over time.

Our story is written by each conscious breath and by each student who, for a decade, has trusted our perspective to guide their own journey of self-discovery and physical and mental autonomy.

At Yoga & Sal, each encounter is an invitation to listen and build a more conscious relationship with life.

A path available to all who wish to approach this philosophy with attention and presence.

Shall we begin this journey together?
